Cut-to-length line
Our Cut-to-length lines are state-of-the-art equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing. Stable mechanical design, clever solutions in detail and high reliability make our systems top-level products.
The entire lines are equipped with central positioning and automatic guidance. Each punching and shearing unit is driven by highly dynamic servo motors to ensure high efficiency and low noise levels.
Siemens AC servo systems and Simotion motion control are used to achieve accurate measurements and high precision. The big HMI and user-friendly software, makes the machine easy to operate.
The PC controller allows fast shearing length adjustment and lamination length compensation. Designed with lengthways and cross step-lap functions, the lines can manufacture step-lap transformer lamination automatically.
Different stacking systems can be added to the cut-to-length lines, even custom designes.
Optional available are:
Remote trouble shooting system.
Waste material collecting system.

Vertical winding machine
These winding machines are ideal equipment to wind H.V. transformer coils and super H.V. transformer coils.
Features:
The chuck can be elevated up and down according to the height of the coil during winding. Speed of the chuck is stepless regulated.
Reversible counter with power off memory can stop the winding machine automatically.
Platform above the pit can be extended automatically according to the diameter of windings to ensure safety of the workers during winding.
A wide range of decoiler designs and other options are available.

Horizontal winding machine
The horizontal winding machines are designed to wind coils for high-capacity transformers and inductors.
Equipped with vertical and horizontal pressing mechanism, the machine enables coils to be winded tightly and evenly. Stepless speed adjusting systems guarantees stable starting and braking during the winding process. Reversible electronic counter with power off memory ensures accurate number of windings.

Insulation Strip Wire

This insulation strip wire winding machine is designed to wind high voltage coils or low voltage coils for medium- and small-size transformers.
It has the feature of automatic ranking, reducing operator's workload by highly increasing the working efficiency. It adopts button and touch screen and provides operator with plenty of information including alarm info and history records. Parameters can be displayed, input and rectified through the HMI.

Automatic Wire winding machine
This automatic wire winding machine is designed to wind coils of medium- and small-size transformers.
Stepless speed adjustment of the winding systems guarantees stable starting and braking of the winding shaft. The tensioning device and automatic ranking system with stepless width adjustment enables coils to be winded tightly and evenly.
The machine is controlled by PLC controller, including an automatic counting and power off memory functions. The tailstock of the winding shaft can move horizontally and vertically. It features quick locking, convenient loading and unloading of the coils.

Expandable mandrel

Special expandable mandrels newly designed for winding transformer coils. They are compatible with both vertical and horizontal winding machines. The expandable mandrels can be driven by electrical driving mechanism. Its spokes can be expanded to change diameter of the mandrel.
Key features are rational construction, wide expanding range, quick demoulding and easy operation, great rigidity, self-lock and precision dimension. For EM, Second layer of spokes can be mounted on the base mandrel to achieve wider expanding range and higher circular degree of the mandrel.

Foil winding machine
This machine applies patent technology of "moto active tension" to achieve stable tension of foil and layer insulation during forward winding and backward winding. Especially in backward winding, tension is unvaried, avoiding coil tightness variability resulted from tension loss.
Control system can automatically figure out coil diameter on the decoiler and adjust the motor moment at any time to ensure constant tension in the whole winding process.
Photo-electrical analogue sensor is adopted in the offset detecting system to check foil edge. Dynamically rectified by AC servo motor, it features quick reaction and high reliability with adjusting accuracy ±0.5mm.
Tension and linear velocity of foil, layer insulation tension, coil parameter and winding status can be displayed on and preset through touch screen. Electrical energy generated by decoiler in tension status can be fed back to rewinder or power network without friction energy consumption in friction brake tension.
This winding machine features high efficiency, no friction noise, less malfunction and lower maintenance cost.

Corrugated fins forming & welding line
This corrugated steel plate forming and welding line is the special equipment to manufacture oil tank for sealed and maintenance-free transformers.
Features:
This production line is controlled by a special controller that is integrated with motion control and logic control.
Color touch screen with human-machine interface (HMI) in customer language allows easy operation.
Automatic circulatory operation is available according to different parammeters of the drawing.
Mandrel of the decoiler is driven by hydraulic cylinder.
High precision servo and hydraulic corrugation former guarantees high precision corrugated steel plates. Shearing, forming and folding are finished in one step.
Welding of the seams and reinforced bar adopt advanced high performance welder with automatic positioning and clamping to ensure smooth and beautiful surface after welding.
